Location: Karachi Department: Finance Qualification: ACCA / CA Qualified Experience: At least 3-4 years of relevant experience Roles & Responsibilities: • To partner with sales and trade marketing team on new initiatives and market development projects. • To work on strategies to optimize all trade and channel spends as well as ensuring smooth flow of distributor operations. • To plan, review, monitor, analyze, evaluate trade and marketing spends (discounts, merchandising, activation and brand spends) through pre- and post-ROI evaluation. • To design & document processes, system flows and up gradation for all the discount rebates. • To improve distributor profitability & optimization in route to market through understanding and streamlining financial levers. • To provide analytical support in setting annual budgets for trade spends and monthly monitoring and reporting the variances against the actuals. • To monitor and provide provision of trade spend activities on monthly basis via budgets in SAP through WBS.
