The Higher Education Commission, Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank under the HEDP (Higher Education Development in Pakistan) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The Project aims to support research excellence in strategic sectors of the economy, improve teaching and learning, and strengthen governance in the higher education sector. A Project Coordination Unit (PCU) has been set up under HEC for the HEDP project. The services of an eligible, motivated, and professional individual are required for the position of Project Coordinator for the PCU. The position is based in Islamabad as an individual consultant.
