The person should (ideally) have working experience of fertilizer industry so as to have knowledge of agriculture sector. Since the position requires intense field travelling, thus male candidates shall be preferred for the job. Incumbent must be graduated from a reputed business school and must have a demonstrated experience of developing an agile Marketing Strategy aiming to help organization developing brand equity of products and organization. The incumbent must also be proficient in developing a 360 marketing campaigns in order to create pull from the market.
