Planner at Khaadi ensures analysis for the development of bottom-up product plan and assortment plan, reconciling with financial plan. Set pricing as per pricing guidelines to achieve the desired revenue and gross margin. Oversee allocation of product plan to stores based on different stores’ grading. Actively coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure schedules and volume are met. Analyze daily sales and inventory levels to ensure right place, timing, quantity and price for all products. Provide analytical support to relevant functions in making joint in-season decisions such as promotions and end of season sale. Prepare general reporting on selling, logistics, and all other merchandising performance metrics. Conduct ad hoc analyses for projects focused on product performance and inventory.
