What You'll Do Procurement of works and services as per project requirements Preparation and review of Civil Works estimate Preparation and review of tender documents Progress Monitoring Review and processing bills of contractors & consultants Annual business planning Contract Management and processing of various cases (In-principle approvals, award of works, increase in quantities, extra items, extension in time, application of liquidated damages etc.) Supervision of Maintenance works Preparation of construction work schedule Monitoring of physical progress of work and reporting Reporting daily, weekly and monthly progress Preparation of weekly look ahead schedules Preparation of Cost Loaded Schedule What we are looking for ● B.Sc Civil Engineering (preferably from a reputed institute) ● At least 5-6 years of proven experience of civil works in construction industry (experience of PMO coordination and supervision will be given preference) ● Excellent in documentation ● Excellent in report writing ● Excellent in MS Office ● Excellent in civil work related softwares/applications
