Job Description: - Documentation & Implementation of HACCP system. - Coordination in food and safety systems implementation and retention of relevant record. - Observe and implement the effective quality management system. - Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures. - Monitoring quality control parameters. - To confirm the accuracy of all lab operations. - Ensure the implementation and record all activities performed in lab. - Assure the hygienic condition of processing areas and worker by lab testing. - To analyze the shelf life of preserved samples and perform microbial tests. - To check and confirm the calibration of all lab instruments. - Confirm the effectiveness of sterilization in plant through swab testing. - To monitor GMP of all working areas and report any non-compliance. - Confirm the reverse osmosis effectiveness through microbiology testing of water. - Assure the finished product by microbial testing. - Perform and assure the microbial, analytical, chemical testing of incoming raw material and packaging material.
