Hiring a "Client Success Analyst" for our RWP office. The mission & vision for client success is to be our client’s trusted advisor & advocate helping them leverage CareCloud’s services & solutions to achieve their goals. This is a client-facing role whereby the individual will be directly responsible for managing the relationship of clients. The client success manager’s analyst’s role owns the client relationship and is influential in shaping the client experience. The role is oriented to work in partnership with the client’s operational and executive leadership on case management, contract questions, deescalating risk factors, and/or product escalations.
