Deputy Manager Dyeing Jobs Looking for Sr. Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Dyeing MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1 New developments in the field of Garment Dyeing methodologies, chemical usage and techniques. 2 Introduce new techniques in the routine working of the department, in order to enhance results and quality of products 3 GARMENT DYEING SAMPLING plan to meet lead time. 4 Maximum utilization of available resources 5 Cost per piece of each sample is given in true favor of organization and within market cost range. 6 Ensure that the garment produced is as per the customer requirements and should meet Testing requirement 7 Implement 5S methodology to improve housekeeping standards 8 SOP COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT 9 KPI MANAGEMENT Essential Requirement: *Textile Engineer will be preferred or any other relevant degree. *3 to 4 years of relevant experience *Effective communication and interpersonal skills *Strong production floor management and leadership skills *Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to complete tasks Location: Lahore.
