Educational Requirement: Bachelors (min) Experience: 1-2 years (Audit/Compliance/Data Analysis/Operations) Job Description: Visit operations / field / relevant departments as per compliance plan. Perform compliance controls and identify if there are any gaps involved. Assist in documenting of process flows within the compliance department. Identify issues and risks in the process cycles during physical visits and bring it in the knowledge of manager compliance. Recommend controls to the risks identified and bring it in the knowledge of manager compliance. Perform the daily activity rooster and update to supervisor on a timely basis. Ensuring proper communication and Coordination to all the stakeholders to grab knowledge and information. Manages physical files and documents as guided by the supervisor.
