Office Coordinator Required(Remote work)- Nets Group- ISB/LHR/KHI Timings : 1Pm to 9PM PST Responsibilities: · Provide general administrative support and willing to learn and execute variety of tasks from Business Development, Admin and HR Team. · Submit and reconcile Expense management · Coordination with training providers and book trainings for staff · Staff travel arrangements/ hotel bookings · Order office supplies · Develop and maintain online sharepoint documentation system. · Act as a point of contact for field engineers expense management, coordination with Admin/finance team. Reconciliation of internal expense management tracker. · Co-ordinate office procedures, resolve administrative problems, co-ordinate repairs of office equipment · Van fleet management. Tracking service, MOT and general vehicle management. Ordering of any accessories · Fuel Card management · Any tasks required as demanded by changes in requirements · Liaising with suppliers, getting quotes and reviewing quotes · Producing reports in excel and word documents Candidate may share their resume at fozia.qadir@ne.com.pk
